Spyros Tzinieris Architects

SenCity Design Studio is a community of professionals in the field of spatial solutions and the management of the whole design process. For us, architecture must have sense and sensation, reflect the heart and vision of its inhabitants, and be in harmony with the overall urban environment. This idea comes from our architect Ina Kovacheva, who has more than 20 years of experience in completing balanced projects with attention to clients’ perspectives and the context of the world that surrounds us.

The idea of a balance between meaning and sensibility brings us together. For us, architecture is much more than buildings, constructions, and forms. We invest the time to get to know our customers, as well as their families or business teams. This helps to create emotional relationships and trust, and to understand the nuances of their needs and desires. We encourage this exchange to achieve unity and integrity with each architectural solution. We measure our success by having a mutual satisfaction with the results.

the aesthetic unity between architectural projects and the surrounding world, in the relationship between details and the big picture, in the full interaction with each client, and in the clarity and professionalism we bring to each project. Looking for harmony is a continuous process that brings together the creativity and artistic potential of our team.

Partnership

Attention to detail and awareness of the needs and emotions of every client create strong and meaningful connections.A true partnership creates security, empathy, and creative interactions!

Sustainability

We appreciate the natural rhythm and lightness of every activity that we do. We believe that the right options at the right moment bring the most sustainable results. The satisfaction of our clients and their loyalty to us are the biggest indicators that we are successful.
